Diagnosis:
Right subclavian vein obstruction with superficial venous
collaterals
67 y/o male
with a history of thoracic outlet syndrome following CABG.
Discussion:
Among the complications from line(s) insertion is venous
thrombosis and chronic obstruction. The contrast was injected in
to the right arm. Extensive superficial venous collaterals are
identified (arrows) in the right upper chest.
