CTA: AXIAL MIP THROUGH THE AORTIC ROOT

Diagnosis:  PSEUDOANEURYSM FOLLOWING AORTIC ANEURYSM REPAIR

54 y/o male  s/p repair of an ascending aortic aneurysm.

Discussion: The CTA demonstrates contrast leakage from the right coronary sinus         (long arrow) and surrounding the aortic root (short arrows).

CTA is an excellent modality to evaluate non-invasively post operative complications.
