2005, Philips chose Dr. Smuclovisky to head the 1st
Cardiac CT teaching course in the US, training
cardiologists and radiologists.
- Selected to represent Philips and lecture as the
national expert at the Cardiac CTA "Olympics" October
10th, 2005, for the North American Society for Cardiac
Imaging (NASCI). And also at the Standford MDCT 2008
meeting in Las Vegas. The "shootout" is a physician competition
on medical knowledge and technology expertise among the
top doctors.

Recognized researcher in the field of medicine. He
continues to teach and lecture extensively in the field of
Radiology. Also, he is an expert consultant for the
American College of Radiology for the process of ACR
accreditation of Hospitals and Diagnostic Centers. He also
provides expert consultation to the State of Florida
Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA), in healthcare
related matters.

Dr. Smuclovisky completed his training in Radiology and
separately in Nuclear Medicine at the University of
Miami. He is a former Assistant Professor of Radiology
and dual Board Certified by the
American Board of Radiology and the American
Board of Nuclear Medicine.
- In
addition to being a member of multiple local and national
medical societies, he is listed in the book of: "Best
Doctors in America".
